How to communicate with your partners from multicultural world?

 

A brief description of project:

To be successful negotiator means to understand what your partner feels and wants to achieve and find the right way how to meet their cultural and business expectations.

To be successful negotiator means to know how to get in a social touch with your partner, what cultural rules to be aware of and how to pursue your business goals in the course of negotiating time.

 

To be successful negotiator this course will give you guidelines:

  • how to approach your business partners coming from different cultures,
  • how and when to arrange business meeting,
  • what topics to choose to initiate social talk,
  • how to draft and follow the agenda,
  • how to conduct negotiations based on the rules of seniority, schedule, openness of comments, methodology of persuasion to meet the common anticipated goals,
  • how to manage business lunch or dinner,
  • how to manage your business partner’s private invitation,
  • how to dress and what accessories to take or not to take,
  • whether to give business partner gifts, what they should look like and how to deliver them,
  • how to conclude negotiations,
  • how oral and written agreement will be observed.
